These programs have proven highly successful; their students have emerged as vibrant campus leaders, typically achieving higher average GPAs than their campus peers. We apply best practice strategies that assist students in developing the behaviors and skills necessary to allow them to succeed academically, personally and professionally while in recovery and offers:
The 恢复资源中心 (RRC), housed in the Center for Health and 健康 Innovation at Eastman Hall, provides a safe space and supportive community for students in recovery or seeking recovery from a substance use disorder. Participation at the RRC is completely voluntary and there is no barrier to entry. 学生 at any stage of recovery and at any point in their academic journeys are welcome.
Come hang out at RRC during our open hours, come to a support group meeting, attend a sober social event or just get in the loop about volunteer opportunities and upcoming activities. 复苏 works and can be part of a genuine college experience.

In the weeks leading up to the semester, students will be matched based on preferences and interests.
学生 Taking Action in 复苏 and Service (S.T.A.R.S.) is our student organization. S.T.A.R.S. 带来了希望, 维护自己的权利, 教育, and guides students to make responsible choices that support their academic endeavors and their recovery and wellness plans. This organization is inclusive to all students.
All students interested in recovery, wellness and success are encouraged to join. We meet once a week to discuss service opportunities and advocacy initiatives. In addition, we plan and host many social opportunities for members and the community at large. This is a great opportunity to get involved and be active in recovery.
All meetings are student-ran and student-led. 学生 & community members can access the All 复苏 and AA meetings!
